Commemorative plaques

The bench and the plaque are located very close to the place where Brzegi existed. There are no villas dating from the time of Andriolli, but in Otwock, and especially in its district of Świder, you can still see the “Świdermajer style” buildings.

Karczew

Otwock

  • In Otwock the artist is commemorated by one of the streets named after him and the plaque dedicated to Michał Elviro Andriolli, the creator of houses in the “Świdermajer” style on the building No.18 inAndriolli Street. The plaque was founded in 1993 to mark the 100th anniversary of the death of a prominent citizen of Otwock.
  • 10 Poniatowskiego Street, the building of the Youth Culture Centre. Commemorative plaque devoted to the patron of the Centre Michał Elwiro Andriolli.
  • 1 Ambasadorska Street, building of the primary school No. 6. There are two copper plates dedicated to M.E. Andriolli in the main hall of the School.

  • Nałęczów commemorated the artist by a tiny street connecting Kolejowa Streetwith Żeromskiego Street.
  • As we can read on the school’s website, the local gymnasium is also named after Elwiro Michał Andriolli.
